Do unused hours roll over?

No. Each plan includes up to a set number of handyman labor hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

Are materials included?

No. Materials and parts are billed separately. Labor beyond your included hours is quoted before we continue.

Is this only for Airbnb?

No. These plans work for Airbnb, VRBO, vacation rentals, and other short-term rentals with guest turnover.

Do I need to be on site?

Lockbox or smart-lock access works for most owners. We confirm entry instructions when you subscribe.

Can you handle specialized trades?

Major specialty work is not inside the subscription, but we can coordinate and manage qualified contractors when needed.
